• I provide holistic healing services, including energy work, spiritual guidance, mediumship, and related practices.

• These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

• I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Appointments & Sessions

• Sessions may be in-person or virtual.

• All bookings are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late arrivals may shorten session time without a refund.

• For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, quiet environment.

 

Products & Kits

• All kits, tools, and products are sold as-is and non-refundable.

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days with photos; a replacement or credit may be offered.

 

4. Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking sessions or purchasing products.
