At Reneiki, my goal is to support and guide you on your healing journey. I strive to provide exceptional holistic healing services and products, and I want you to feel confident in your sessions and purchases.

 

​Sessions / Services

• All holistic healing sessions (in-person or virtual) are non-refundable once booked.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund.

Kits, Tools, and Products

• All kits and tools purchased in-office or online are final sale and non-refundable.

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of purchase with a description and photo of the issue. I will offer a replacement or store credit at my discretion.
